These Terms govern the use of anomal.xyz and the marketing materials, whitepapers and forms available on it. Delivery of the ANOMAL SOC service is governed by a separate signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between ANOMAL AG and the customer.

1. Use of the site

You may access and use this site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with, probe, or scrape the site outside publicly documented endpoints.

2. Intellectual property

All content, including copy, graphics, logos and downloadable documents, is the property of ANOMAL AG or its licensors and is protected under Swiss and international copyright law. Reproduction requires prior written consent.

3. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ANOMAL AG does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, or security advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ANOMAL AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Dübendorf, Canton of Zurich.
